Reformer Pilates

Rise Fitness is pleased to offer reformer pilates! Join us in one of the fastest growing areas of the fitness world. Reformer pilates is more than just a trend, it is an incredible way to build strength, stability, and your mind-muscle connection. Our drop-in classes are “open level”, meaning they are appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels with progressions and regressions offered to allow for a fun and challenging experience for all.

Strength Training

Want the feel of a personal training session with the social feel of a group class? Join us for our small-group strength training. We use a wide variety of equipment including free weights, a cable machine, TRX, bands, stability balls, etc. Classes are capped at 8 participants so that our trainers can work closely with each person, ensuring an effective and safe workout. Classes are appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels with progressions and regressions offered to allow for a fun and challenging experience for all.
