This series is perfect for anyone who’s brand new to reformer Pilates or looking for a gentle, supportive way to ease into exercise.

What is Reformer Pilates?
A low-impact, full-body workout using a supportive machine to build strength, improve flexibility, and help you move safely and confidently.
Over the 3 weeks, you’ll learn:
• The different parts of the reformer
• Foundational movements and proper form
• How to move safely, confidently, and at your own pace
No experience needed. No pressure. Just a welcoming environment where you can learn, ask questions, and build confidence.
Participants must attend the same time slot for all 3 weeks. Classes are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
