Reformer Pilates

Rise Fitness is pleased to offer reformer pilates! Join us in one of the fastest growing areas of the fitness world. Reformer pilates is more than just a trend, it is an incredible way to build strength, stability, and your mind-muscle connection. Our drop-in classes are “open level”, meaning they are appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels with progressions and regressions offered to allow for a fun and challenging experience for all.

Strength Training

Want the feel of a personal training session with the social feel of a group class? Join us for our small-group strength training. We use a wide variety of equipment including free weights, a cable machine, TRX, bands, stability balls, etc. Classes are capped at 8 participants so that our trainers can work closely with each person, ensuring an effective and safe workout. Classes are appropriate for a wide range of fitness levels with progressions and regressions offered to allow for a fun and challenging experience for all.

Class Descriptions

Total Reformer Burn
This Reformer Pilates class combines low to moderate resistance with targeted exercises to deliver a full-body burn every time. Increase muscle endurance, core strength, and control while perfecting the fundamentals and learning new and exciting exercises.

Intermediate/Advanced Total Reformer Burn
Created for those with a solid Pilates foundation who are ready to take their practice to the next level. This class focuses on challenging Reformer exercises to increase strength and full-body control. Not suitable for beginners or anyone dealing with major injuries.

Reformer Flow
In this class, you can expect a classical Pilates class with modern strength and creative sequencing. You will leave feeling stronger and longer. This class is open to mixed levels with modifications available to ensure everyone feels both safe and challenged!

Gentle Reformer Flow
This reformer class focuses on controlled movement to build strength, improve mobility, and support joint stability. Expect a sequence of exercises that emphasize breath, alignment, and core connection. Ideal for beginners, those returning from injury,or looking for a more restorative Pilates experience.

Reformer Jump
Elevate your Pilates practice with this energizing workout on the reformer. Using the jump board, you’ll move through athletic yet mindful combinations designed to improve balance, alignment, and muscular control, leaving you feeling strong, lengthened, and invigorated. Suitable for all levels, with options to modify or intensify throughout class.

Mobility & Stability – Mat/Reformer Hybrid
Explore pilates-based movements both on the mat and the reformer to improve your overall strength, stability and mobility. This class is beginner-friendly and is particularly helpful for those looking to improve balance and flexibility.

Mat Pilates
Building deep core strength, improve posture, and create balanced, functional movement through controlled, low-impact exercises. You’ll strengthen the abdominals, glutes, back, and stabilizing muscles while increasing mobility and body awareness. Suitable for all levels, with layered progressions and modifications offered.

Full Body Fit
In this class, we’ll move through full-body strength circuits using a variety of equipment, including dumbbells, barbells, cable machines, TRX suspension trainers, and more. The class is low- to medium-impact and suitable for all levels, with modifications available to support all abilities.

Strength & Sculpt
Get ready to feel strong, confident, and unstoppable in this full-body strength class! We’ll use dumbbells, TRX, bodyweight moves, and controlled tempo training to hit every major muscle group with purpose. Expect progressive strength challenges, muscle-shaping isolation exercises, and core work that leaves you feeling powerful and energized from head to toe.

Be Strong
In this full-body strength training class, we will focus on the basic movement patterns (squats, lunges, hinges, pushing, pulling, etc.). Push yourself to lift heavier in a supportive and safe environment where form is of the upmost importance!
